Boot Stripe
One coat of primer to cover the Jade Green, two coats of Imron Hatteras White. Found a quart of Jade green and used it for the boot stripe. Raised the stripe by 4 inches as the scum line was above the old boot stripe. Also there was a line of paint chips where the anti fouling paint was too low and barnacles has attached themselves to the hull.
Hull was sanded and inspected. No blisters, just chips on the paint finish. Applied two coats of Interlux 2000 epoxy paint so hull will be protected until ready to receive the antifouling paint just before splashdown.
Installed all new bronze thru hulls below water line and stainless above.
Used my DeWalt construction laser to set up the new boot stripe height. Covering the boat just to spray the boot stripe was a lot of work but well worth it.
